Southcenter Chiropractic's Third Annual Food Drive

Each year we sponsor a food drive to support the local Tukwila Pantry. The drive will take place in our office on December 12th, however we will be taking donations during regular office hours any day before the drive as well. In exchange for a donation of five items or more, we will be giving away a New Patient Examination and X-Rays (over $300 in services).

Current patients are also encouraged to donate food in the office and will receive a free adjustment on December 12th in exchange.

Our goal is 2,000 pounds and you can help make it happen!

Items the Tukwila Pantry is in need of most:

  • Dry or Canned Milk
  • Canned Peaches

Dr. Karm Virk Asks some important questions of interest to Tukwila residents - Chiropractor Tukwila Dr. Karm Virk Asks...

Can chiropractic cure a child's ear infections?
Chiropractic isn't a cure for anything. Nor is it a treatment for ear infections. However, many children who suffer with ear infections also suffer from spinal problems in their neck, compromising nerves to the ear, depressing the immune system and preventing proper drainage. Can chiropractic help? Find out!
What is the significance of "growing pains?"
Chiropractors know that aches or pains at any age mean something's not right. In fact, many children go through stages of growth without aches or pains. So while "growing pains" may be common, they're not normal. That's why our Tukwila chiropractic practice sees lots of children. A chiropractic checkup for your child can often help detect and correct problems that are more difficult to correct in Tukwila adults.
